Complaints and Concerns

Please use the following process to action concerns or complaints that you may have about the course, or about breaches to the Code of Practice for International Students

  • Praxis is a signatory to the Code of Practice for International Students. You should have received a copy of this during your orientation, a copy can also be accessed at this link.
  • If you have a concern or complaint about the Praxis course please follow this process:
  • We suggest you discuss the matter initially with your supervisor and/or course co-ordinator.
  • If you are not satisfied with their response then go to the international student services co-ordinator:
